Abdominal Release.

C-Section Release Method.

The abdominal scar release technique is designed to support women who have birthed via C-section, undergone a hysterectomy, or experienced other abdominal or pelvic surgeries such as organ removals, keyhole procedures. It can also assist in managing endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain.

The C-Section Release Method,  a specialised technique that focuses on freeing scar tissue through myofascial release.  This gentle, slow, and mindful approach incorporates breath work to support the body’s natural release and healing process.

This treatment helps to ease pain, discomfort, and the C-Section Shelf, while also supporting nervous system regulation,  promoting balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing throughout recovery.

During a session, we assess and treat adhesions around the scar, abdominal wall, diaphragm, and ribs, helping you reconnect with your deep core.

Abdominal scars can sometimes contribute to back pain, continence issues, or general tightness and discomfort. If your scar feels numb, painful, tingling, or “stuck,” this treatment may benefit you.

Each session includes a thorough assessment, and before and after photos are taken (with your consent) to show the visible changes and progress from your treatment.
