CANCELLATION POLICY 

Please note there is a 48 hours cancellation fee for appointments. The late cancellation fee is 50% of the standard treatment price.  

No Show the full price of the appointment will be charged: This is when the client does not show for their appointment of cancels the same day of the appointment.

Appointments can be difficult to fill at short notice. Late cancellations impact other clients who may be waiting for a booking but can not come in shot notice, as well as True Calm as a small business.

 To avoid the fee, you can offer your appointment to a friend or family member who would benefit from the treatment. Please let your me know of any changes.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. These are non-refundable, cannot be used after the expiry date and not valid for no shows or late cancellation.

This bundle must be used within a three (3) week period to support continuity of care and optimal therapeutic benefit. Sessions are non-transferable and must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
